The traditional sax harness transfers the whole weight of the instrument to the neck. By the time many performers complain of chronic neck pain, there may even be damage to the cervical spine. saXholder is a new, patented three-point support system. The whole weight of the sax is transferred onto the two padded shoulder handles with assistance from the abdominal rest.

Great product, easy to adjust. No "back of the neck" pain or pressure. Allows for hours of practice without pain or discomfort. When I finish practicing I still have energy ! No embarrassing body outline.

THIS IS A NEW CONCEPT IN SAX STRAPS. RELIEVE ALL STRESS AND STRAIN FROM NECK. MY BARITONE FEELS AS LIGHT AS A FEATHER.
THIS IS AN ANSWER TO MY PAIN IN THE NECK.

Works well. Sax feels much lighter, eases neck pain, and my hands feel freer because they're supporting the sax less. Quick to take on and off.

I am pleased and excited about using the saXholder. The first time I played my tenor with it, I felt no pain, after years of dealing with neck pain while playing due to a bulging disc just under the weight of a conventional neck strap. The saXholder is engineered and constructed well. I think the abdominal rest plate could be larger, but overall this product is excellent.

This is the "strap" I've been looking for. I have some neck problems and can't put the weight of a tenor on my neck. I've used a contraption that squeezes my belly or ribcage, which worked but was uncomfortable. I've used a harness, which creates an unfortunate look if you're female.
This device puts the weight on my shoulders, which is where I want it. There's no discomfort and no dominatrix quips. I worried that it would come off when I didn't want it to, but that hasn't been a problem.
Great product.
